About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support key business units within their organisation based in Sheffield . In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related matters, partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. You will be involved in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and managing employee relations. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers to attract and retain key talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Advise on organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company HR policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
