Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop tailored HR solutions.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance development, and career pathing.
- Support change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the attraction and retention of high-calibre talent.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce planning and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
- Experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred.
