This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse organisation, partnering with managers and senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions, drive organisational improvement and ensure best practice across all aspects of Human Resources.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters while supporting managers through complex people issues and organisational change. You will play a key role in developing HR policies, leading recruitment campaigns and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and case management on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance cases. Partner with managers to proactively resolve workplace issues and support effective conflict resolution, including mediation where appropriate. Advise managers on sickness absence, occupational health referrals and reasonable workplace adjustments. Develop, review and implement HR policies in line with current employment legislation and organisational best practice. Support workforce planning activities including establishment management and organisational design. Lead and coordinate recruitment campaigns from job design through to appointment. Coach and develop managers to build confidence in managing people effectively and consistently. Support departmental restructures, organisational change and consultation processes. Produce management reports, analyse workforce data and identify trends to support business decisions. Lead and contribute to HR projects, service improvements and people initiatives. Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across all HR activities. Support and mentor members of the wider HR team where required.
About You
