• Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for remote collaboration.
