You will work closely with senior leadership to drive talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and talent development.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance and fair resolution of issues.

Requirements
- Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR principles.
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional accreditation.
