Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
