This strategic role is responsible for driving HR initiatives, providing expert advice on people-related matters, and fostering strong working relationships with business leaders. You will play an instrumental role in aligning HR strategies with organisational goals, supporting talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing advice and support on all aspects of human resources.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote employee engagement and retention.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies are in place.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Significant experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a complex organisational structure.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) is highly desirable for this role in Belfast .
