Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a People Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within the medical and health sector. Strong understanding of HR best practises, employment law, and organisational development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being hands-on in HR operations. Passionate about supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
