About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Business Partner to support their operations in Birmingham . In this key role, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with departmental goals and driving organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions, including employee engagement, talent development, and change management. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.
• Experience working within the UK employment law framework.
