About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially focused HR Business Partner to support key business units from their Bristol office. This role is essential for embedding HR best practices, driving talent management strategies, and providing expert counsel to management on all people-related matters. You will work in close partnership with leaders to achieve business objectives through effective people strategies. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, facilitating collaboration and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to designated business leaders, providing HR expertise and support.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and talent development.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance, conduct, and legal compliance.
- Support organisational design and change management initiatives.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with UK employment law and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent management, performance improvement, and change management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid working environment.
- CIPD qualification or working towards it.
