Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join their organisation in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is pivotal in partnering with business leaders to translate organisational strategy into effective HR practices, driving talent management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. You will provide comprehensive HR support and guidance across various departments, fostering a culture of high performance and employee development within the Staffordshire region. This is an on-site role, essential for close collaboration and operational integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR advice and solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational objectives, including talent acquisition and retention.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive initiatives related to organisational change, culture development, and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar strategic HR position.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices across diverse functions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
