You will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, fostering positive employee relations and promoting a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned business units to understand their objectives and develop aligned HR strategies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the business units.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Manage complex HR casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar generalist HR position with strategic responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing change and supporting organizational development.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
