I am supporting a leading global financial services organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner to join their Glasgow HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist ready to take the next step into an HRBP role, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced global organisation. You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, providing trusted HR advice on employee relations, performance, absence, restructures, workforce strategy, compensation, promotions and talent matters .
