Support and manage any TUPEs Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Proven track record operating at Business Partner level within a contracting environment Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
