Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company goals.

- Advise on compensation and benefits, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.

- Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar strategic HR position.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proximity to Stoke-on-Trent is required for hybrid working arrangements.
