About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team in Birmingham . This role serves as a key liaison between HR and designated business units, providing expert advice and support on all HR-related matters. You will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives tailored to the needs of specific departments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional with a deep understanding of business operations and a passion for developing people strategies that support growth and operational excellence in a key regional hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on talent acquisition, retention, employee development, and performance management.
• Facilitate organizational design and change management processes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Analyse HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, preferably within a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of business principles and how HR can drive business success.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
