Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Partner with talent acquisition to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and deliver training programmes on HR-related topics, such as compliance and employee development.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Support organisational design and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience.
