Key Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and keep top talent.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Facilitate organisational change initiatives and promote a positive employee culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within the UK .
• Strong understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and HR metrics.
• Demonstrated ability in talent management, employee relations, and change management.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively in a remote environment .
• CIPD qualification is highly preferred.
