Hoop Recruitment LTD in Cardiff is seeking a meticulous Compliance Co-ordinator to support onboarding, recruitment and workforce compliance. You will ensure pre-employment checks and employee records meet safeguarding, regulatory and GDPR requirements.

Working with the People, Talent Acquisition and operations teams, you will manage checks, references and renewals, maintain audit-ready records and contribute to reporting. Full training is provided.
