You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient running of HR processes, from managing recruitment logistics and onboarding new hires to maintaining employee records and assisting with HR projects. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR-related communications to employees and managers.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and organising meetings.
- Help to coordinate employee events and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
