Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed.
- Maintain accurate employee records, both in digital and physical formats.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and HR programmes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR support role, such as an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator.
- Familiarity with HR processes and basic employment law principles.
- Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
