About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and visionary HR Director to lead their Human Resources function in a fully remote capacity. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall HR strategy to support the company's ambitious growth plans. You will oversee all HR operations, including talent management, organisational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR technology. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning programs.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across all operating regions.
- Drive organisational change initiatives and champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans in a complex or rapidly growing organisation.
- Extensive experience across all HR functional areas, including talent management, C&B, and employee relations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience implementing and leveraging HR technology (HRIS, HRMS) to drive efficiency and insights.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Fellowship preferred.
