You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and extending offers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
- Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment checks and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition .
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law related to hiring.
- Excellent interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based recruitment environment.
