Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers.

• Maintain employee records and HR information systems accurately and confidentially.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role is essential.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
