About the Role
Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join their team, offering remote work opportunities within the UK . This role encompasses a broad range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, talent management, performance support, and HR project work. You will be instrumental in implementing HR initiatives, providing advice to employees and managers, and ensuring the consistent application of HR policies. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance on employee relations and HR best practices.
- Manage and support the performance review cycle and talent development initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organisational goals and legal requirements.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement and organisational change.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad HR role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR principles.
- Strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Relevant degree or professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD).
