Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and recruitment support to offboarding processes.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR data management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and talent development activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Partially remote work experience is beneficial but not essential.
