HR Generalist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to contribute to their HR function in Bradford . This role encompasses a broad range of HR responsibilities, supporting both employees and management in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across various employee lifecycle stages, from recruitment to exit.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with HRIS and standard office software.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is highly preferred.
