About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations in their London office. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, driving talent management initiatives, and supporting organizational growth, working closely with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce within a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role, preferably within the UK.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
