About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead their HR function in Belfast . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee development to compensation and benefits, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy. You will play a key part in shaping the company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness through a hybrid working model that balances in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Lead the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK employment legislation and regulations.
• Manage and develop the HR team, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and UK employment law.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
