Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations in Aberdeen, Scotland . You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment law. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Develop and deliver training programs on HR-related topics, such as compliance, diversity, and inclusion.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
