About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function in Plymouth, Devon . This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will manage all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support business objectives and growth.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

• Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Manager .
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in managing HR functions within a manufacturing or similar industry is advantageous.
