Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies, updating them as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR best practices and employee issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
• Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and change management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
