About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and proactive HR Manager to lead their HR function in Leeds . This senior role is responsible for shaping and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and operational objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• Develop and manage the HR budget, compensation and benefits programs, and HR policies.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and change management.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing HR operations within a hybrid or flexible working model is advantageous.
