HR Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations in their Birmingham office. This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth by ensuring effective HR strategies and day-to-day management of HR functions. You will be responsible for managing a small HR team and collaborating with department leaders to foster a productive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and promote a positive work culture.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
• Lead the HR team, providing mentorship and performance management for direct reports.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.

  Requirements
• Extensive experience in HR management, with a strong background in employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an HR team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CIPD Level 5 or above preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Birmingham , UK.
