About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for their operations in Coventry . This role is crucial for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and ensure a motivated and productive workforce. You will manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, acting as a key point of contact for employees and management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the company culture and driving people-related initiatives within the West Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs in Coventry .
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and support employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with all UK employment legislation and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK.
• Experience in managing employee relations and complex HR cases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
• Ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
