About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and compensation.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations.
• Manage succession planning and leadership development programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior HR management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Welsh and UK employment law.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Level 7 preferred.
