About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations for their facility in Birmingham . You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of HR functions to support the company's growth and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters effectively and impartially.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Drive performance management processes and support employee development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations across the Birmingham site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management.
• Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
