Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts with fairness and discretion.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs on topics such as performance management and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the United Kingdom .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
