Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Drive talent management and development programs to foster employee growth and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the UK .
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Experience managing HR projects and implementing HR systems.
