You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and effective communication.
- Manage HR records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR best practices and employee issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
