Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all UK employment legislation and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and effective communication.
• Manage HR records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
• Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR best practices and employee issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
