Battle, East Sussex £35,000–£45,000 DOE Permanent/Part Time Flexible Working DaysA flexible HR opportunity Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge — but want flexibility around your working days? We’re supporting a growing business in Battle looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of their HR function. Part-time applications are welcomed, with flexibility around which days you work. The Role, as a HR Manager You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day HR function, working closely with managers and employees across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing employee relations matters Advising and supporting managers Recruitment and onboarding Performance management HR policies and procedures Learning & development Employee engagement HR compliance and legislation Supporting wider people projectsAbout You, as a HR Manager We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with:
Strong generalist HR experience Good knowledge of UK employment legislation Solid employee relations experience Confidence advising managers Excellent communication skills A practical, hands-on approach CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable Interested?
