Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join their dynamic team in Leicester . Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, and providing guidance to staff and management.
- Administer and advise on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and development planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, staying updated on legislative changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role.
- Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing office and remote responsibilities.
