Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organisational goals in Cardiff .
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with all relevant employment legislation across the UK.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior HR role, such as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing HR operations and teams.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification preferred.
