About the Role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient HR Officer with a specialization in recruitment to join their team in Norwich . This role will be central to attracting and securing top talent for the organization, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a key part in building a strong workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best candidates, while also contributing to broader HR operational duties. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on talent acquisition within a dynamic HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring a positive and comprehensive induction experience.
- Provide support for other HR generalist duties as required, including employee administration and HR projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UK employment law related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruitment deadlines.
