We are delighted to be partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to recruit an HR Officer to join their team based in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of an effective people service to large employee base while the organisation develops and implements new HR platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and professional HR practitioner to develop their career within a dynamic organisation. Working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business, the successful candidate will provide broad operational HR and training support, gaining valuable exposure to recruitment, employee relations, systems implementation and organisational development.

The Role:

* Provide operational HR support, advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
* Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and reporting.
* Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, probation and performance management processes.
* Provide employment guidance across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.
* Coordinate apprentice and graduate programmes and support training initiatives.
* Assist with the implementation and roll out of new HR systems.

The Person:

* CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience.
* Previous generalist HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing/engineering/production environment.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Professional approach with the maturity to handle confidential information.
* Flexible, accurate and collaborative working style.
