HR Operations Coordinator

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic global manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR / Payroll Operations Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

This role is based in East Yorkshire and offers hybrid working 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £33,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience.

As a successful HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for;

Organising the day to day HR admin tasks Being the first point of escalation for our HR Admin team Work closely with payroll coordinator in collating payroll data, and supporting with the monthly run.

The ideal HR Operations Coordinator will have the following;

Previous HR or Payroll experience within a desire to move in to a mixed, varied role Have a continuous improvement mindset, driving the team forward and ensuring deadlines are met
