HR Operations Lead: Payroll, Data & Recruitment

Education for Industry Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead payroll, HR data, HR systems and recruitment across the Group. You will report to the Head of HR and drive accurate, compliant HR operations with data-driven insights to inform planning and improvement.

You will develop the recruitment function, ensure reporting accuracy, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience, while leveraging analytics to support strategic decisions and workforce planning.
