About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance their HR operational functions in Bristol . This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements across the HR function. You will manage a team of HR professionals and collaborate with various departments to optimize HR systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee data management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Lead and mentor the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in HR Operations management, with a proven track record of leading HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Experience managing HR Information Systems (HRIS) and implementing HR technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively across different departments.
