HR Specialist - Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex employee relations investigations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on all aspects of employee relations and employment law.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Proactively identify and address potential ER risks and opportunities within the business.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of ER training programs for managers and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of ER cases and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations .
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in ER matters.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and managing sensitive employee issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
