HRIS Transformation Lead — Payroll & Automation

Macmillan Davies is seeking an experienced HRIS / People Operations transformation contractor to support the implementation and optimisation of Rippling in the UK. This hands-on role requires reviewing current HR processes and turning manual activity into scalable, automated workflows.

You'll map processes across HR, payroll and data, design future-state workflows, manage project plans and work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and data quality.
